Health & Safety

If you are sick, feeling unwell, or have a fever, please reschedule your appointment. Reiki and hair services are best received when you're well, and the safety of all guests is a top priority.

Timeliness

We value your time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered missed, and the cost of the missed appointment is due and won't be refunded or credited towards a future reservation, whether the appointment was pre-paid or was set to be paid at time of service. This late-arrival policy is separate from the 24-hour rescheduling notice outlined below.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

This time is dedicated to you and by scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following policy.​

All pre-paid appointments, services, and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. All pre-booked appointments are still subject to The Moonbeam Studio's rescheduling/no-show policy below.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice via email. Notice given by social media won't be considered valid notice. Your payment will be credited toward a future appointment/workshop. Credits don't expire. With less than 24 hours' notice, I'm unable to offer this time to another guest, so the appointment will be honored as booked and the full appointment amount applies.

 

No-shows will forfeit payment in full, whether the appointment was pre-paid or was set to be paid at time of service. No-shows won't be rescheduled. 

 

Refund requests made outside the terms of this policy won't be honored.

 

This policy allows Dana to keep offering the best experience to every guest. Dana reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Private Sessions Only

Appointments are one-on-one experiences. Please do not bring additional guests, including children or pets. No exceptions.

Gratuity-Free

Services are thoughtfully priced to ensure transparency and equity. Gratuity is not expected.​

Consent Agreement for Reiki Workshops:

I consent to receiving and learning the sacred art of Reiki with Dana Lowe at The Moonbeam Studio, LLC. I understand these services are intended to support healing and promote well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.

​

I acknowledge that Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment and that Dana Lowe does not diagnose, prescribe, or interfere with licensed medical care. Reiki complements any care I may already be receiving.

​

I understand that participation is voluntary, and I may stop at any time. I recognize that Reiki is a process, and results may vary with each session.

​

All personal information shared is confidential. I give permission for Dana Lowe to share my results and/or photos in business or social media.

​

I accept full responsibility for my health, safety, belongings (including vehicle and contents), and release Dana Lowe and The Moonbeam Studio, LLC from liability.

I agree to the tuition cost and understand that tuition is non-refundable. I have until registration closes (one week before the workshop) to complete payment or cancel. If I cancel after payment, the cost will be held as credit toward a future workshop. Credits don't expire. I understand my spot is not reserved until tuition is paid in full.
