At The Moonbeam Studio, we prioritize safety, respect, and integrity in all services and interactions. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:​

Effortless Booking:

All bookings and rebooking take place online because an easier flow means more presence. Prepaying means no checkout in person, so you receive every minute of your reserved time in session, and you can leave relaxed and unrushed. You'll receive instant confirmation, see every open time and add-on available, and can book anytime that is best for you. Need help booking? Wellbeing & Shared Care:

If you are sick or have a fever, please reschedule your reservation using the link in your confirmation or reminder emails as soon as you know. The link closes 24 hours before your reservation, so after that, please email hello@themoonbeamstudio.com. Illness-related changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be credited once per guest. For repeated last-minute changes, payment will be applied to the reserved time.​ Reiki and hair sessions are best received when you're well, and the safety of all guests is a top priority.

Honoring Sacred Time:
We value each other's time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, with or without notice, your session will be considered a no-show/late cancellation, and payment will be applied to the reserved time. The cost of the missed session will not be refunded, nor credited towards a future session.

Flow & Flexibility:
All services, sessions, premium packages, and workshops are non-refundable. To reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email or reservation reminder email at least 24 hours before your appointment, and your payment will be credited toward a future session. Except as noted under Wellbeing & Shared Care, changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, late arrivals beyond 10 minutes, and no-shows won’t be rescheduled, and payment will be applied to the reserved time. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and this policy allows me to keep offering the best experience to every guest.

One-on-One Sacred Space:
Appointments are one-on-one experiences. Please do not bring additional guests, including children or pets. No exceptions.

Gratuity-Free Sanctuary:
Services are thoughtfully priced to ensure transparency and equity. Gratuity is not expected.

Energetic Exchange & Integrity:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All services are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Consent Agreement for Reiki Workshops:

I consent to receiving and learning the sacred art of Reiki with Dana Lowe at The Moonbeam Studio, LLC. I understand these services are intended to support healing and promote well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.

I acknowledge that Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment and that Dana Lowe does not diagnose, prescribe, or interfere with licensed medical care. Reiki complements any care I may already be receiving.

I understand that participation is voluntary, and I may stop at any time. I recognize that Reiki is a process, and results may vary with each session.

All personal information shared is confidential. I give permission for Dana Lowe to share my results and/or photos in business or social media.

I accept full responsibility for my health, safety, belongings (including vehicle and contents), and release Dana Lowe and The Moonbeam Studio, LLC from liability.

I agree to the tuition cost and understand that tuition is non-refundable. I have until registration closes (one week before the workshop) to complete payment or cancel. If I cancel after payment, the cost will be held as credit toward a future workshop. Credits don't expire. I understand my spot is not reserved until tuition is paid in full.
